Physical activity in the office as an element of a
healthy lifestyle and a stimulus for productivity is becoming an increasingly popular topic among Russian employers and employees. Analysts from the media holding Rambler&Co asked Internet users how they currently combine work and sports.

The remaining 28% already have their own ways of monitoring their activity, and 40% believe that they are not necessary.
