Welcome to this month’s LiveAgent update announcement! We’re excit to share with you the updates that LiveAgent roll out in June. In line with our commitment to continually improve your experience, we’ve introduc several enhancements and improvements that we believe will greatly benefit your team’s efficiency and your customers’ experience. Stay tun as we dive deeper into each of these updates.
Invoice times were us instead of agent times when exporting claims
When you export claims to HTML or PDF, the times in the export file were incorrect. This was because the times were export according to the time zone set for the basic image iting services account in the database, while the times on the panel were correctly display according to the time zone of the agent’s PC that export the ticket. This patch re-unifi the times so that the same time will be shown on the board and the export claim.
Export requests to LiveAgent.
Improv text contrast in the Material theme for improv readability
The previous contrast of gray text on a gray background in the agent message in the Material theme was not strong enough and we receiv several customer complaints about the low contrast. We have since chang the color of the text to be darker and more visible on a gray background.
Times in several board sections are now display correctly
Several sections of the LiveAgent panel, such showing Бъдещето на личните събития Live as the Agent Ranking Report or the Audit Log, were displaying incorrect times or the ban feature was not working the account time zone was not being consider. Our developers have fix the issue so that times are now display correctly again.
Email fetching now correctly creates claims
Emails that contain the “Precence: bulk” header aob directory could not be retriev in LiveAgent, or were retriev but only empty messages were generat due to reverse logic in the bulk and junk email retrieval settings code. Our developers have fix this and now the Get Bulk/Spam settings in Configuration > Email > Email Settings are working properly again.
