Be open, be friendly, and be the one people want to come to for advice.
Veronica, hi! Please tell us what inspires you in your work? And what projects or achievements do you consider your most important successes at the moment?
Hello! I consider my main success to be the achievements within the framework of the current project, to which I have dedicated almost 5 years — Pyaterochka. Delivery. It was incredibly interesting for me to launch the project practically from scratch, develop it and grow with it. Just like our service, which has undergone many transformations over the years and currently occupies a leading position in the e-grocery I received the biggest category, so did I — I went from a manager to the head of the performance department.
It may sound trite, but I am inspired by people:
my colleagues, acquaintances from the industry, partners with whom I have worked over the years. Everyone has something to learn and adopt.
What personal and professional qualities do you think help to conquer digital and beyond?
Of course, you need to be an expert in the field you are responsible for, first and foremost. Be proactive, maintain a keen interest and love for the craft. And in our field, you can’t do without networking. Be open, friendly, the kind of person people want to come to for advice.
Do you remember examples of people who have incredibly motivated you and continue to inspire and maintain your enthusiasm?
I received the biggest motivation and professional solomon islands business email list boost from my managers: Tatyana Lomteva (Marketing Director of Letual) and Denis Nuzhdin (ex-CMO of Magnit OMNI and X5 Group). I am also inspired by the career path of Sasha Salamatova (CMO Mnogo Lososya) and my fellow countrywomen Arina Eremyan* (Head of Performance MOEX) and Sasha Zharkova (Setters).

And from motivation we move on to practice. Now a trend is developing towards a concept different from the work-life balance we have already come to love — work-life blend. What do you adhere to? And do you have your own life hacks on time management to be effective and not burn out in our dynamic industry?
Luckily, there are very few things that can throw me increas organic traffic through social mia I received the biggest off track. So if I’ve ever felt burnout over the years, it’s usually gone away when I go on vacation. So my life hacks are to keep a cool head and not get lost in the work, no matter how anti-achievement that sounds.
Learn to relax and spend time alone. Find what fills you up the most. By the way, our team has been adhering to the work-life blend concept for a long time, and I am glad that comfort and care for employees is becoming the new industry standard.
What would be the most pleasant compliment for you from the professional community?
Last year I set myself a challenge: more public speaking hong kong phone number and I received the biggest networking. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone, try myself on stage, make new acquaintances in the industry. Noticing growth in this direction is the most pleasant thing for me now)
Veronica, imagine that on March 8th people traditionally give skills instead of flowers – what would you wish for yourself?
Healthy confidence in yourself and your abilities.
